A journalist by trade, I’ve developed extensive skills in both print and online content capacities.
I have been writing for almost ten years, in some capacity or another, but found my true passion when it came to telling stories journalistically. In the last two years working professionally, I’ve honed my web-based writing skills, and expanded my knowledge of online media activities, including social media management and marketing, and introductory web development.
Working as an editor for a print, business-to-business magazine has also helped me develop managerial skills, overseeing a number of activities that include the publication’s online and social media activities.
And while I will be the first to admit that I’m no personal finance expert (that’s not the point of this blog), it is a true passion and interest to me; one that I’m looking to pursue by starting conversations here and bring the many financially clueless young-ins in this constantly shifting world.
